Registration begins at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE AFTER 4:00 P.M. An adult must accompany participants under 18 years old. All meetings and seminars are Non-Smoking.

• Speaker meetings begin between 7:00 pm and 7:30 p.m. and are open to everyone.
• Seminars begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and are for women only.
• Sunday morning closing celebration begins at 9:00 a.m.

Cancellation Fee: If you must cancel, please do so by August 8, 2008 for a full refund. Cancellations between August 8–22 will be subject to a minimum fee of $50.00. Cancellations after August 22 will be refunded half their registration fee.

Commuters: Meals for commuters are priced separately and must be paid in advance to Serenity in the Smokies with the conference fee. Please see the registration form for prices and details.
