Registration begins at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE AFTER 4:00 P.M. An adult must accompany participants under 18 years old. All meetings and seminars are Non-Smoking.

• Speaker meetings begin at 7:00 pm on Thursday and Saturday and at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. They are open to everyone.
• Seminars begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and are for registrants only.
• Sunday morning closing celebration begins at 9:00 a.m.

This delay is due, in part, to successful negotiations with Kanuga to offer a new Friday/Saturday rate option, reflected in our updated 2009 registration form. If you prefer, you may download and print a 2009 registration form to register by mail.

Cancellation Fee: If you must cancel, please do so by September 29, 2010 for a full refund. A $50.00 non-refundable fee applied if cancelling after September 29, 2010.
