Registration

Registration is a two-step process - conference registration and room reservation.

Step 1:  The conference fee is $100.00 which we will use for future scholarships.

         If you use Event Brite to register, you will receive a merchandise coupon when you arrive at the conference!


Step 2:   Carson Springs will be doing registration for lodging and meals for Serenity in the Smokies. The lodging information for 2026 is shown below. To register call (877) 704-6336.

Lodging Information

In the Conference Center Lodge:
Single Room (limited availability)
Lodging  $125.00/night  (up to 4 people per room)
​Roommates register together
Meals     $13.50/meal

Day Rate: 
$50.00/day (includes 2 meals) 

These go fast so book early!
Rustic Camping: (Bunk house, porta potties, meals not included)
Nightly       $12.75/person - $38.25

RV Sites:
Nightly      $24.00  - $72.00 full weekend

Registration begins at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.

• Speaker meetings begin at 7:30 pm. They are open to everyone.
• Seminars begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday and are for registrants only.
• Sunday morning closing celebration begins at 9:00 a.m.
