Drumming with Amber Grey

Friday, “Shake, Rattle, and Roll”
Make your own percussion instruments from objects like shakers from medicine bottles filled with rice, rattles from oatmeal boxes and jars filled with beans, congas from pot lids and wooden spoons, and drums from pots. Using these, we can have a call and response dialog as well as motivation to get up and shake our booties!

Saturday, “Using Drums for Meditation and Healing”
Connect with your Self and Spirit through the rhythm of the drums in this circle of women.  Bring your own drum if you have one.
