Giving and Receiving
Through your generosity, Serenity in the Smokies provides partial scholarships to women involved in 12-step programs who without financial assistance would not have the opportunity to experience Serenity in the Smokies. Application forms for scholarships may be obtained from committee members or downloaded from the website.
All proceeds from the merchandise table and the “opportunity-to-get-a-gift” drawing on Saturday night benefit the Patte Mitchell Memorial Scholarship Fund. Stop by the merchandise table in the Kanuga Inn lobby for your Serenity souvenirs and tickets for the drawing. Donations to the scholarship fund are also accepted at the merchandise table or may be sent to Serenity in the Smokies Scholarship Fund c/o P.O. Box 10266, Knoxville, TN 37939.
