Back by popular demand!
Open 24 hours a day for the entire weekend with coffee provided. Arts and crafts: make your very own GOD BOX; gather rocks to make your personal worry stone; contribute your creative touch to this year's 25th Anniversary Serenity Banner, which will be displayed Saturday night and at the closing ceremony. Bring a tee-shirt to decorate and wear to the Friday night “Celebrate Serenity” activities after the speaker meeting.

Massage Therapy
Relax and unwind—another Serenity favorite!
Schedule your appointment on the bulletin board in the lobby upon arrival. All therapists are licensed and set their own fees. Payments are made directly to your massage therapist.

The Serenity Shuttle
Assisting those with physical limitations
The shuttle will run between meetings, seminars, workshops, and activities. Please check with registration and/ormmittee member regarding your needs and pick-up locations.

Giving and Receiving
Serenity in the Smokies provides partial scholarships to women involved in 12-step programs who are financially unable to attend the retreat. Application forms for scholarships may be obtained from committee members or downloaded from the website.

Stop by the merchandise table in the Kanuga Inn lobby for your Serenity souvenirs and tickets for the prize drawing, which is held on Saturday night. All proceeds benefit the Patte Mitchell Memorial Scholarship Fund, which assists women who, without financial assistance, would not have the opportunity to experience Serenity in the Smokies. Donations to the scholarship fund are also accepted at the merchandise table or may be sent to the Serenity mail box.

Bonfire/Keylog Ceremony
candlelight Another Serenity tradition!
The Village Girls will lead a candlelight procession to the pavilion following the Saturday night speaker meeting and Sobriety Countdown. Bring your drums and voices and something to “let go of” to throw into the fire. More information will be available in your registration packet.

Serenity Archives
The committee is starting an archive of past Serenity conferences. If you have memorabilia, photos, etc., that you would like to add to the archive, please talk with one of the SIS committee members. Thanks!

Commuters
Meals for commuters are priced separately and must be paid in advance to Serenity in the Smokies with the conference fees. Please see the registration form for details and pricing.

Cancellation Fee
If you must cancel, please do so by August 8, 2008, for a full refund. Cancellations between August 8-22 will be charged a minimum $50.00 fee. After August 22, half of the registration fee will be returned.
